Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days for eligible requests. nRide reserves the right to investigate claims before issuing refunds.
nRide is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nRide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall nRide, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
nRide's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nRide, its founders, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team at support-us@nride.co.
9.2 Binding Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held at a mutually agreed-upon location.
9.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
nRide reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
